This Refund Policy applies to all course purchases made through Prototopics (“we,” “us,” “our”) at prototopics.com (the “Site”). By purchasing a course, you (“Student,” “you,” “your”) agree to the terms below.
1) Refund Eligibility (Based on Course Progress)
Refund eligibility is determined solely by your course progress at the time your refund request is received.
A. Full Refund (100%) — Not Started
You are eligible for a full refund if you have not started the course.
B. Partial Refund (50%) — Started
You are eligible for a half refund (50%) if you have started the course but have not completed the course.
C. No Refund (0%) — Completed
You are not eligible for a refund if you have completed the course.
2) How “Not Started,” “Started,” and “Completed” Are Determined
For purposes of this policy, course status is determined by Prototopics’ records, which may include platform activity such as:
Not Started: No lessons/modules/videos have been accessed, started, or marked as in progress/completed.
Started: Any course content has been accessed (including viewing any lesson/module/video), or any progress has been recorded.
Completed: The course is marked complete, all required modules/lessons are completed, or completion status is otherwise recorded by the platform.
3) How to Request a Refund

The email used to purchase/enroll
The course name
The date of purchase
Your refund request reason (optional)
4) Refund Processing and Timing
If your refund is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution.
Any non-refundable processing fees charged by third-party payment processors may be deducted where permitted by law (if applicable).
5) Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend access to the course and any associated services while the dispute is investigated.
6) Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply unless otherwise required by law. Updates will be posted on the Site.
