Who Are Your Courses For?
Each of our courses is created for a different audience, based on their interests, skill sets and desires outcomes. On all course pages you will find a section that says “Audience”, where it will give you the specifics of who the course is intended for. If you don’t fall within the audience listed, you are still able to enroll in a course. Some courses have a “pre-requisite.” While most of the time those won’t keep you from enrolling into a course, we highly recommend students identify which courses are best for their specific skill level and enroll accordingly.
How Long Does Each Course Take To Complete?
Each course comes with a different length based on the complexity of the topic and the amount of content. On the course page, you will get specific details for the length of that course. Please note that course may take more or less time based on the fluency of the student completing the course in a given topic.
Are Your Courses Self-Paced Or Time Specific?
All of our Prototopics courses are built to be completed on your own time. This provide you the ability to learn at your own pace from anywhere. This also give you the chance to complete the course multiple times until you feel comfortable, if you so choose.
Do I Get A Certificate When I Finish A Course?
Our courses are designed to be a high-quality mixture of both theoretical and practical knowledge in the selected field, which does include a certificate of completion. We also aim to provide students with the skills they would need to secure job positions (although not guaranteed) and to pursue additional qualifications, as necessary.
Can I Complete A Course With A Friend?
Yes! In fact, we encourage you to complete the course with others. Keep in mind that both you and your friend will need to register separately. Each of you should complete all sections and quizzes within the course in order to get your own certificate of completion.
I represent a company with many clients to enroll. Do you offer a bulk discount?
After you enroll 5 people into our courses and are certain our services will meet your specific needs and expectations. We provide a 20% discount to all of our clients that regularly use our services. Contact us for more information. There are no refunds for discounted group rates.
How do I log into my purchased course?
After you’ve complete your purchase, you should be redirected to the course page. If you are not, you can click here, then select “Begin Learning” on the appropriate course.
Why should I take one of your courses?
You can decide to do an in-person course on any of these topics that may last for weeks, months or even years, but that will likely costs hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. If you opt to go with one of our online courses, you control when you learn, the pace at which you learn and how much you want to learn at any given time. In addition, you will have full access to the course for 365 days – unlike other online courses that give you short completion windows and no ability to go through the course again. Our course use innovative educational approaches that teach you exactly what you need to feel confident in your future.
What is your refund policy for your courses?
We offer a complete refund for anyone who hasn’t yet started the course. We also offer a 50% refund for anyone who has begun the course and not completed it. If you are in need of assistance for a refund, please contact us.
How long will I be able to access your course?
Each student will have access to the course for a full year after they purchase it. If you complete your course and would like continued access to practice your skills and procedures, you can request an additional year by contacting us.
Does completing one of your courses guarantee a job?
Not quite. While we wish we could guarantee all of our students secured jobs after completing a course, this is not possible. These course are designed to teach you the necessary skillsets to feel confident and ready in a specific field, however specific job placement will depend on a variety of factors that we will not have control over.
How much are your Online Courses?
The price of each course in listed on our Courses page. Keep an eye out for discounts that occur every so often to score a great deal on a high-quality online course!
Does the course certificate of completion cost extra?
The Certificate of completion is included in your enrollment fee. To get the certificate you must first successfully complete the final exam. Once that is done, you will receive your Certificate of Completion in 3-5 business days.
Do I need prior experience to take your courses?
Prototopics Academy courses are designed and created for all skill levels. We offer various courses that are geared toward the different skill levels each student may have. While the “pre-requisites” won’t prevent your from enrolling in a specific course, we highly recommend students identify which courses are best for their skill set or intended outcome and enroll accordingly.
