  • In a business transaction (merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets).

  • With your direction (if you instruct us to share or integrate with a third-party service).

No sale of personal information: Prototopics does not sell your personal information in exchange for money.
No sale of sensitive personal data/biometric data: Prototopics does not sell sensitive personal data or biometric data.

4) Cookies and Analytics Choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some functionality.

Google Analytics may provide additional choices, including certain opt-out mechanisms made available by Google (for example, browser-based controls).

5) Email and Marketing Preferences

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting contact@prototopics.com.
Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send non-marketing service messages (e.g., receipts and account notices).

6) Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Services,

  • maintain records for accounting/tax and dispute resolution,

  • enforce agreements and policies, and

  • comply with legal obligations.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and purpose.

7) Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8) Age Guidance and Minors

Our courses are not intended for individuals under 18. If someone is under 18, they should be accompanied by an adult and obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before enrolling. If you believe a minor has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact contact@prototopics.com.

9) Your Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other controls over your personal information. To submit a request, email contact@prototopics.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and include the email address associated with your account/purchase. We may need to verify your identity.
